A Beginner's Guide to Using ChatGPT, Grammarly, and Canva Together

If you post content for your business — product updates, social captions, blog posts — you don't need ten tools. A simple three-step workflow with ChatGPT, Grammarly, and Canva covers most of what a small business or content creator needs.

Step 1: Draft with ChatGPT

Start with the raw idea. Describe what you're writing, who it's for, and the tone you want — "a WhatsApp broadcast announcing a weekend discount, friendly and short." Let it produce a first draft. Don't expect it to be perfect; treat it as the block of clay, not the finished piece.

Step 2: Polish with Grammarly

Paste the draft into Grammarly and let it catch grammar slips, awkward phrasing, and tone issues. This step matters even when the draft came from AI — Grammarly will often catch clarity issues that ChatGPT's own output misses, especially in longer pieces.

Step 3: Design with Canva

Once the words are right, Canva turns them into something people actually stop and look at — a social post, a flyer, a simple product graphic. You don't need design skills; start from a template close to what you need and swap in your text and colors.

A realistic example

A small shop owner announcing a new product might: ask ChatGPT for three caption options, pick the best one and run it through Grammarly for a final polish, then drop it into a Canva product-announcement template. Fifteen minutes, three tools, one finished post — instead of staring at a blank page for an hour.

Each of these is available individually rather than as a forced bundle — see the full pricing on our tools page and start with whichever step of this workflow you actually need first.
